Nigel brings a eclectic mix of skills and ideas to the PSP network

Nigel initially trained as a Civil Engineer but has been developing his expertise in mediation, conflict resolution, training and consultation approaches since 1991. Since 1997 he has run his own business offering training on mediation within commmunities, organisations and the criminal justice system. His practice is informed by the Creative Listening and Process Oriented Psychology approaches, as well as the practice of Aikido.
